Returns Policy


At Band Music Shop, a division of Music Shop Europe, you may return any product within 30 days of receiving it.

For unwanted items:

Return any items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note, the items must be in its original condition and/or unopened. We cannot accept returns of purchases of video, audio, DVD or software products if the item has been unsealed. We cannot accept the return of digital download items. Upon receipt of the items, we will issue you a full refund. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the unwanted items, but that the total purchase will be refunded in line with EU Refund Rights Law.


Damaged or incorrectly sent items:

Return any items if it has been damaged or incorrectly sent by addressing to the returns address below. Upon receipt of the items, we will issue you a full refund including the cost of returning the item. Please outline the damage or delivery error in writing on the order summary included with the return so that we can approve a refund of your return costs in line with EU Refund Rights Law.*


How to return your items:

To successfully return an item simply describe the reason for return (UNWANTED, DAMAGED, INCORRECT) in writing on the order summary and return to the address below.
