Laudate Dominum KV339

Mozart’s famous and beloved “Laudate Dominum” from the Vesperae solennes de Confessore (K.339) is now available as a separate movement with performance material and a vocal score.

This melodious settingof the text from Psalm 116 captivates with the simplicity of its soprano solo, whose pastoral flavor returns when the words “Gloria patri” are repeated by the chorus.

Thanks to its straightforward compositionalfabric, the soprano solo can easily be sung by a member of the chorus, thereby making this effective piece ideal for small church choirs.
